An extraordinary adventure… At the end of May, 3000 km of roads to end up in a magical place for any lover of the sky and the stars: Oukaimeden Observatory – Oukaimeden Observatory in Morocco We installed two setups there: a Nikkor 200mm/f2 and a TOA130 Beyond the technical side, it was, for a few days, a human encounter with exceptional people without whom nothing would have been possible A big thank you to Aziz and Samir for their warm welcome, Omar and Brahim for their kindness and technical skills, Richard, the king of tilt and especially Emmanuel for helping me out of my obscure computer (in)skills 😄 And I don't forget my neighbors with whom I shared the multiple joys of a remote installation 😵‍💫🤓🤯: Nicola and Didier My most memorable memory was when, in the middle of the night, with my head in the stars, the song of the Muezzin began to resonate throughout the valley... a sacred atmosphere!
