Appendix 1 of the Conditions of Sale<\/strong><\/p>

The right of withdrawal is exclusively reserved for individuals.<\/p>

It cannot be applied in any case to a professional or to a holder of an ICE number, in accordance with the law in force.<\/p>

Principle of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

The CUSTOMER has a period of time to exercise their right of withdrawal following communication of their decision to withdraw.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/div>

Withdrawal period<\/strong><\/p>

The withdrawal period is seven (7) days from payment of the PRODUCT.<\/p>

Subject to Appendix 2 of the Conditions of Sale relating to the Conditions of Use for the rental of time of use of HAWK telescopes, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the service the execution of which began before the end of the period of seven (7) clear days.<\/p>

Notification of the right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER must notify his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration to the electronic address:\u00a0contact@hawkobs.space<\/a><\/p>

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, the CUSTOMER must send their communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>

Effects of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of withdrawal by the CUSTOMER, the SELLER undertakes to reimburse all sums paid no later than seven (7) days from the day on which the SELLER is informed of the CUSTOMER's wish to withdraw.<\/p>
